The Laird (TE Connectivity) SP3-90-6-BFF is a bulkhead-mount gas discharge surge protector designed to guard sensitive RF and communications equipment against lightning strikes and other high-energy transients on the coax line. Terminated N female to N female for a straightforward bulkhead pass-through installation, it handles a 6kA discharge rating with a low 0.4dB insertion loss across a wide DC-3GHz frequency range, making it suitable for protecting a broad spectrum of radio, cellular, GPS, and data communications equipment without materially degrading signal quality.
